10.26.20: PRANKED AGAIN

So, a new elder in our district got a positive covid test back on Sunday morning and he had been with all of us at district council. They called us and told us we had to quarantine (we were already at the church) so we left and went home and none of our friends went bc we didn't (RIP).

Then they told us not to get tested.
Then they told us to get tested.
So we went...
Then they told us not to bc either way we would have to quarantine until Friday.
So we left....
Then they called us like 4 hours later and told us we are fine.
(^bc it had to be within 6ft for more than 15 mins w/out a mask so we are good).

HALLELUJAH

Basically I went through the whole spectrum of emotion in a period of 6 hours.

This week we got to work at another farm w/our new best friend/part time G'ma Bobbie! We planted garlic and picked raspberries. It was SO PRETTY!

We did service with Foodshare where we go to certain neighborhoods and people line up and we pass out bags of food. It got kinda intense and the man in charge just started yelling at us to throw everything back in the huge van bc he wanted to leave (people were being disrespectful who we were giving out the food to). It was kinda crazy.

Funny things that a lady named Monique said:

"Yeah Jesus...he's more of an action person."

"If you feelin bad, you just go to tha ice skatin rink, it relieve every stress in yo body" Monique (thanks for the pro tips)

Good scripture:

D+C 78:17-18
17 Verily, verily, I say unto you, ye are little children, and ye have not as yet understood how great blessings the Father hath in his own hands and prepared for you;

18 And ye cannot bear all things now; nevertheless, be of good cheer, for I will lead you along. The kingdom is yours and the blessings thereof are yours, and the riches of eternity are yours.

A huge theme in conference was to be of good cheer and I like the line that says "I will lead you along."  God is good, and if you're lucky you won't need to snort a covid test or quarantine until Friday. He did us a solid AGAIN.
