2.17.20: Vá de Bike

This week i gave a talk in church and i'm pretty sure i've spoken in this branch way more times than I ever set foot at the pulpit in Santa Cruz. My talk was based on the conference talk from Terrence M. Vinson about sacrifice and effort, also a talk that my Dad gave and sent to me (thx dad). He shares the story about Oliver Granger when he had to sell the properties when the pioneers were leaving Ohio (i think) but i love this scripture:
12 And again, I say unto you, I remember my servant aOliver Granger; behold, verily I say unto him that his name shall be had in sacred remembrance from generation to generation, forever and ever, saith the Lord.
13 Therefore, let him contend earnestly for the redemption of the First Presidency of my Church, saith the Lord; and when he falls he shall rise again, for his asacrifice shall be more sacred unto me than his increase, saith the Lord. (I LOVE THIS!)

My girl Miriam finally came back and she went to church this week and is getting closer to getting baptized! Also there's a youth conference camp-out thing here and I think 2 of our investigators are going! They are both super awesome and already accepted baptismal dates. Igor(12) and wallison (15). It turns out that wallison's brother is a member of the church too! He just moved back and he saw the BOM in their house and now they are super excited to go to church together! So happy.
I don't have a ton of time this week, next saturday is transfers so we'll see what happens. this week I have a lot more pictures which says a lot more than words, right?
